Skittles

 

The brief for Skittles was to embrace the random. I kid you not. Cut to the curious story of a teenager who gushes rainbow colored candy from his ears every time he lies. 

 
 
 

 

The video drew the attention of millions. Along with HuffPo and Adweek, both of which questioned if the human candy fountain was a victim of bullying. The controversy did end up hurting one person, and that person was me.

Who jumps in a near frozen lake in the middle of a Chicago winter just for the sport of it? Men sporting cowboy hats, women in bikinis and a guy in a chicken suit squawking for Skittles, that's who. Random, I think I love you.
